Laughter Yoga and mini Sound Bath at The Elephant House, 1 Dean Street Bedminster BS3 1BG
Pay what you can afford! Suggested donation £3-5

A event on Sunday 14th September. The event starts at 17:00.

Come play with us! We'll lead you through some exercises to share laughs together and feel good. Expect playful, imaginative interactions, silliness, and some guided movement/breathing.

The class is mainly aimed at adults, although families with children 5+ also welcomed.

We will do a relaxation at the end, you can sit or lie down - bring something to lie on if that will make you more comfortable. This will last for about 10-15 minutes, and will involve the use of singing bowls to create sounds

Also bring some water to keep hydrated!

Free event; donations welcomed to cover venue hire/meetup costs (suggested donation £3-£5 but don't let that be a barrier to attending if you can't afford it)... any surplus donations will go to a mental healthy charity

We will be limited to 20 people.
