£5 advance from Skiddle

A event on Friday 21st October. The event starts at 19:30.

Putting the show into slideshow! Join Chris Arnold & Martin Talbot for a fun evening of powerpoint comedy. With Sam Hardy & Hannah Weetman.

Chris Arnold packs a powerpoint-filled show that guarantees to entertain. From reminiscing on his various careers (DJ, local radio reporter & lawncare technician to list a few) to recounting how a love of one particular service station resulted in him being in the national press, Chris has got many tales to share. He's appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe, Glastonbury Festival, Ibiza Rocks, Bestival and The British Musical Comedy Awards. He wrote, hosted and directed The Cool Beans Television Show which was up for a British Comedy Award alongside such stalwarts as Horrible Histories and Harry & Paul. He toured his hour long show The Chris Arnold Experience around the UK in 2019 with 14 consecutive shows, including multiple sellouts. His silliness has appeared on BBC One, Channel 4, Radio X, Talk Sport, Radio 1, Radio 2, Virgin Radio and Times Radio. He also briefly featured in Bonnie Tyler’s Top 8 friends on MySpace circa 2006.

Martin Talbot is a rising talent on the South West comedy circuit. He’s the MC of the popular Comedy Loft stand-up nights in Bristol and West Oxfordshire and general powerpoint nerd. Martin has performed powerpoint character acts across the country firstly with William Foster-Jenkins-Hughes, a self proclaimed presentation training God, winning an audience vote at Comedy Chest in Bristol and featuring on BBC Radio Bristol. His latest act is his attempt to get a job with Bristol waste management using his Windows 98 skills.
