***IF BOOKING SOLD OUT, WALK-INS WELCOME FROM 19.45 ON THE NIGHT***
The Comedy Loft is housed on Bristol's King St in the middle of town above The Volley. With a variety of different stand-up acts, all hilarious, there's something for everyone.
Every night is headlined by a top act who's experienced on the national circuit and is hand picked to make you laugh. Chances are you'll be seeing them all over the TV in a couple of year's time. All this and you're paying nothing to get in.
No 2 nights or line ups are the same at the loft but all have a great, friendly atmosphere with plenty of laughs to be had. As well as a cheeky game or two thrown in as well for good measure.
The best thing about the night is that you pay what you want for it. If it's awful then pay nothing, if it's great then by all means get your chequebook out.
Our headliner this time is Mark Olver. Mark is a stand-up comedian, television warm-up artiste and occasional broadcaster for BBC radio.
His 2006 solo Edinburgh debut ''Happy Accidentally'' was described as a ''genuine feelgood show'' by chortle.com and was being followed by his 2007 show ''Say Something''.
A popular compere and headliner in clubs all over the country, Mark is a regular with some of the biggest names in comedy and a mainstay in comedy clubs around the country including The Glee.
An experienced television warm-up, he is the regular warm-up on the little-seen Deal or No Deal and has also worked on other Endemol productions such as Kings of Comedy, FAQ U and Ready Steady Cook. He is a regular warm-up artist for many production companies in the UK, and as well as Deal, the other high profile shows he has worked on include 8 Out Of 10 Cats and The Vicar of Dibley.
We look forward to your laughs at The Loft.
