The best of Bristol comedy and beyond. In the heart of the city, upstairs on King St.
***IF EVENT IS SHOWING AS SOLD OUT, WALK INS ARE WELCOME FROM 19.45***
The Comedy Loft is housed on Bristol's King St in the middle of town above The Volley. With a variety of different stand-up acts, all hilarious, there's something for everyone.
Every night is headlined by a top act who's experienced on the national circuit and is hand picked to make you laugh. Chances are you'll be seeing them all over the TV in a couple of year's time. All this and you're paying nothing to get in.
No 2 nights or line ups are the same at the loft but all have a great, friendly atmosphere with plenty of laughs to be had. As well as a cheeky game or two thrown in as well for good measure.
The best thing about the night is that you pay what you want for it. If it's awful then pay nothing, if it's great then by all means get your chequebook out.
Our headliner is Eric Roy Rushton. Since his comedy debut in 2014, has been mixing with the best newcomers on the comedy scene, and impressing audiences with his intelligent, playful material and likeable, self-deprecating stage persona.
In January 2020 he won the prestigious 'Leicester Mercury Comedian of The Year' award - an award that was previously won by the likes of Romesh Ranganathan, Jason Manford and Jonny Vegas on their way to stardom.
Before that he was a Chortle Student finalist in 2016 and So You Think You're Funny? finalist 2017. He is a regular performer at the UK's biggest comedy clubs and festivals.
