ASOMVEL – A Dream To Some…A Nightmare To Others

These guys calmly walk on, bludgeon your senses with a baseball bat and then retire to the bar, leaving you with what’s left of your mind in a pool in your pants. Brandishing a broken whiskey bottle to smash into the grinning faces of every slack jawed liberal. Stinking of leather, beer, engine oil & Brut 33, they take no prisoners whatsoever in their quest for, louder, heavier, and louder again! They turn everything up to ear shattering volume in a destructive crusade to wage war against the over hyped pretty boys and hipsters polluting metal. You don’t like ASOMVEL? Well fuck you. And fuck all your family and friends as well. You may hate them, but they hate you more! Open up and say arrgghhhhhh!!!

Barely a year after ASOMVEL released their well-respected debut LP, Kamikaze, the band was shaken to its core when front-man, Jay-Jay Winter, was killed in a road accident. Although a devastating tragedy, co-founding guitarist, Lenny, knew that the band had to continue in tribute to the determined spirit of their founder. Since releasing World Shaker, the first album with Jay-Jay’s nephew, Ralph, on vocals, the band has performed around the world; including a tour of South America, Japan, and all around Europe. These dates included many well-respected festivals and lengthy tours with well-established artists.

ASOMVEL released their definitive album, ‘ Born to Rock ‘n’ Roll’ on March 29th 2024, following a year of tremendous growth with their music reaching new fans around the world, due to their incredible social media presence. The new album will be followed by extensive touring, bringing their electrifying stage show to an army of hungry fans!”

The group’s prior records consist of Kamikaze (2009), Knuckle Duster (2013), the Full Moon Dog EP (2014) and World Shaker (2019)

Entry requirements: 14+, any under 18s accompanied by 21+ adult 1:1 ratio
