OTTER’s Bristol Art Quest is returning this May 2026! After a successful run in August 2025 we’ve tweeked and added new side-quests to our interactive cross-city quest and we’re ready for your next art adventure!
This is an interactive journey through central Bristol, guided by a beautifully designed black-and-white map and filled with real puzzles, artworks, and playful challenges. There are no apps to download and no phones to follow - just paper, pencils, curiosity, and teamwork.
With your Quest Trail Map, you’ll explore the city, play unique games, uncover hidden details, and solve creative challenges along the way. Every stage is rooted in real places and real objects, turning the streets into your game board.

The quest has been refreshed with new puzzles and surprises to make your adventure even more playful. Expect new side quests and optional trickier challenges if you’re up for a bit more brain-teasing. Follow the main trail or dive into extra adventures, the choice is yours.
Made in Bristol, for Bristol, this hands-on experience celebrates the city’s unique creativity and character in the real world.
For curious families, creative teens, puzzle-loving pairs, and anyone who loves exploring Bristol in a totally unique way. Recommended age 8 and upwards.
