A one hour workshop to loosen up your body and mind and create fluidity without judgement. This workshop is designed to enable you to focus and find curiosity beyond the point of fear and judgement with your movement and drawing.

This workshop comes from the place of 'we are all creatives, and this is one way to enable your creativity to flow'.
We will be exploring a few fun techniques to get us loose and out of our thinking brain and into creation brain.
Wear your favourite colour clothing and be ready to explore your bodies rhythm and movements as you are, with no need for anything to be or look a certain way; no pressure.

This will be super fun, connection and healing so pop down for some exploration and joy in an inspiring creative setting!

About the facilitator:
Esmée Asia Turlej is a well established creative in Bristol with a strong background in movement, performance and painting. With over 10 years of experience under their belt, Esmée has combined her passions for dance and drawing along with sharing the teachings of freedom that creation has gifted her. Please note, Haunted Siblinghood is an exhibition, workshop and performance space curated by Esmée and she feels hounoured to share this love of the world with you.
