Join me for a 2 hour session exploring the benefits of reflective journaling. Learn how to express and release your thoughts through writing and reflect on your current emotions and feelings.
You will be given prompts, and I will guide you through the process of the journaling practice so that you can continue to integrate this into your every day life if you wish to.
Please bring a book to write in and any materials you wish to write with. Paper and pens will be provided for those who don't bring materials.
