Kate Tempest is a William Blake-quoting, hip-hop MC from South East London, and front woman of critically acclaimed uk hip-hop outfit Sound of Rum. She's been praised by the likes of Roots Manuva, Scroobius Pip and the BBC, and performs all over from poetry and hip-hop nights, to protests, peace marches, all top festivals, and even at parties in aircraft hangars. She fronts no less than 3 bands and is recording a new album for 2011.
