Bringing the raw energy of a live band to electronic music, Bristol based trio Concrete Disco is led by multi-instrumentalist and chief songwriter Jonny Wharton, aka Jonny Falls Over, alongside brothers Joe (keys/laptop) and Dom Cusack (drums/samplers). Their new album As the Crow Flies has been described as "a record that you need in your collection" and "as bold as it it classic." They'll be showcasing new songs and classics from their catalogue for the album launch.
The band's music weaves between punchy electronic indie-pop for the end times, raucous mashups, and breakbeat-driven workouts. For fans of Moderat, Prodigy, Chemical Brothers, Snapped Ankles, Four Tet. As a formidable live act Concrete Disco have built up a dedicated following, recently supporting The Orb on tour and offering a potent blend of hard-hitting beats, socially conscious lyrics, and party-starting mashups. https://www.concretedisco.com/
