Connection & Co invites you to an afternoon of Yoga Flow suitable for beginners, creative visualisation meditation, and creating a canvas painting as a talisman of your joy.

Your ticket includes your 8x8 inch canvas, all paints & your yoga mattress for the day! :)

Our facilitator is Esmée Asia Turlej, a non-binary Yoga, Ballroom & Latin dance teacher, psychedelic artist & tarot reader.

They curate experiences for people to reconnect to inner parts of themselves, and hold a supportive space for people to work through blockages in their journey to their most loved life.

Esmée reads Tarot for people all over the world and are passionate about giving people the opportunity to affirm & understand themselves better through the medium of the cards. They also create visionary paintings, and tattoo, channeling loving creativity through many different forms.

**Accessibility statement**

This event is completely open to all beings and bodies. The movement is an invitation for as much or as little as you are able to do, you are in control of your own pace; and feel free to let us know in advance for any physical disability, recent surgeries or injury and we can craft the Yoga Asana session to suit you.

**Venue Accessibility**

"It features a large floor space, sound system, sensory lighting, seating area and accessible toilets. Step-free access is available at the entrance, featuring sliding doors. The building offers step-free access throughout."

**PARKING/ TRANSPORT**

Cycling - We have lots of lockable bike storage both outside the main entrance and inside the garden.

​Parking - Hereford Street Car Park is free from 5pm Monday-Friday and on weekends. 

Little Paradise Car Park is close by - BS3 4NJ.

Train - We are a 1-2 minute walk from Bedminster Train Station.

Buses - M1, 74, 75, 76, 24, 43

Walking - We are a 3-5 minute walk from East Street, and a 5-8 minute walk from North Street.

Dott ( Electric Scooters/Bikes) - There is a dedicated parking space for Dott electric bikes and scooters in Hereford Street Car Park
