Contemporary Class
An event on Thursday 11th June. The event starts at 20:30.
In this contemporary class we will work with improvisation to explore a range of movement qualities before applying them through phrases of expressive movement.
We will explore different impulses, themes and dynamics with contemporary techniques and movements so expect to build confidence in your physicality and develop emotionality in a supportive, joyful space!
The class is recommended for intermediate - advanced movers but please feel free to try whatever your ability, modifications can always be made!
