Drum Journey Session – Guided by Inner Adventure Guide
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re curious about this Drum Journey session at The Harbour in Totterdown.

As a student of the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST), I’m offering a limited number of case study sessions as part of my Group Sound Therapy qualification. These include a variety of experiences—from deep relaxation and reflection soundbaths to drum journeys, gongbaths, and rhythm-based healing sessions. Your presence supports both your own wellbeing and my development as a sound therapy practitioner—thank you for being part of this unfolding journey.

✧ What is a Drum Journey?
This session uses the ancient and transformative practice of therapeutic rhythm, where the steady beat of the drum can help shift brainwave states, invite altered consciousness, and reconnect us to our inner landscapes, instincts, and intuition.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional release, inner guidance, or simply a reset, this sound-led experience can offer profound support. No two journeys are the same—you’ll be held in a safe, supportive space to explore what arises.

✧ What to Expect
After an introduction and brief sharing circle, you’ll be guided to lie down or sit comfortably as the rhythmic soundscape begins. The beat may vary in pace and intensity, encouraging your awareness to move inward. After the session, we’ll have space to integrate through sharing or reflection prompts.
