Ecstatic Dance goes deeper. It serves as an antidote to the chaos of the modern life.
It's a space where everyBody feels safe and welcome to dance and express themselves.
Where we allow ourselves to FEEL our bodies, our thoughts, our emotions, and MOVE with them instead of numbing them out.

| Yeah but what does that actually mean?

It means that we'll gather in a lovely venue, say hi to each other, then dance like no one is watching. 

There are no steps and no choreography. 
You will be guided by a carefully curated music journey, that will span a wide range of genres and energy levels, inviting you to move in ways that you normally wouldn't. 

And yes, at first it's gonna feel weird, awkward, embarrassing and all in between. We welcome all those feelings, because what awaits on the other side is well worth it. When we finally manage to let go of self-judgement, when we really allow the music to move us with no expectations, we can experience feelings of deep freedom, joy and connection.
