This Reggae Stretch class is from 6pm to 7pm at Sakura Studio at the Hideout Bristol, it is influenced by yoga, pilates and dance.
Initially, there are aerobic/dancehall warm up exercises but as it's to reggae, it is slow paced and easy to pick up! Followed by this, a yoga/pilates section which is perfect to build strength and flexibility with positive vibes. To finish, there is a dub meditation section to let go of the stresses of life, develop self compassion and help your mind unwind.
Come down and chill to roots reggae, this Monday. This is an inclusive space for everyone, all abilities and ages welcome. There are mats available at the studio but feel free to bring your own if you'd rather!
