In this contemporary class we will work with improvisation to explore a range of movement qualities before applying them through a phrase of creative choreography. Every two weeks we will explore different impulses, themes and dynamics with a new phrase so expect to build confidence in your physicality and develop emotionality as we co-create in a supportive, joyful space! The class is recommended for intermediate/advanced movers but please feel free to try whatever your ability, modifications can always be made!
