You’ll be having so much fun, you won’t even realize how much you’re accomplishing! By the end, you’ll leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and grinning from ear to ear.

…and what you can expect:

•⁠ ⁠Strength & conditioning - sweaty and strong practice - all about pushing our limits!
•⁠ ⁠Mobility - a little more gentle practice, addressing restrictions, imbalances and need for that extra space in the body.
•⁠ ⁠Skills - each class will be mainly focused building 1-2 skills, e.g. arm balances, headstands, splits, etc.
•⁠ ⁠Flow - all about bringing our skills together; creative & flowy practice (intensity levels will vary).
•⁠ ⁠Play - non-structured class. We’ll still go through warm up & cool down together, while in between you’re invited to practice what you’ve learnt, maybe even bring in some new movements to try? Gotta leave some space for creativity! :))
