Room 237 at The Island
£8 / £10 / £12

A clubnight on Saturday 25th July. The event starts at 20:00.

Following Goldie and The Heritage Orchestra's performance at Bristol Harbourside on July 25th, we invite Source Direct and Lee Gamble to our after-party, joining the dots between Jungle and Techno within the old police cells at The Island.

Jim'Kutta' aka Source Direct has been enjoying the jungle resurgence since the recognition from Blackest Ever Black, Bloc Festival and the recent reissue of the classic'Black Rose' featuring a remix from Blawan.

Lee Gamble forms abstract connections by reworking 90's rave tapes - explaining it as'a cut up collage, undoing of parts and creating something from the jungle sound', to map a completely new direction from his heritage.

White Peak is a new project consisting of two emerging UK producers, creating there sonics in two different studios in two different locations. Together they bring a unique sound of there own, one that is hard to pin down, but sits in-between the early memories of jungle and the foresight vision of UK techno, to bring you a full live show that works within the arts and the dance floor.
