This free taster class will be led by professional aerialist and performance maker Laura Murphy.
In this taster, there will be a short warm-up and then an introduction to some basic locks and drops with the opportunity to practice on the rope.

*Wear layers of comfortable clothing (e.g. leggings and/or joggers)
*Do not wear anything with metal/sharp objects on it, like zips, as this
will damage the rope
*Bring a water bottle
*The class is a supportive, queer friendly and safe space, working with
an ethos of respect and recognising individual boundaries/needs
*Do not attend this class if unwell or you have injured yourself
*Do not attend class if under the influence of alcohol/drugs"
