Looking for a different way to train strength, flexibility and body awareness? Cirque Élan’s Doubles Trapeze Adult Classes offer a structured, supportive approach to aerial training that complements gym, yoga or Pilates-based movement practices.
Across 4 weekly sessions (6th Feb – 27th Feb 2026), you’ll work on fundamental doubles trapeze skills that develop upper-body and core strength, joint stability, grip endurance, coordination and trust. Training is progressive and adaptable, making it suitable for both complete beginners and those with some movement or aerial experience.
Sessions balance solo and partner work, allowing you to build confidence gradually while learning how to move efficiently with another person. No partner is required — you’ll be paired thoughtfully within the group. The focus is on safe technique, clear instruction and sustainable training rather than performance or choreography.
This course is ideal if you’re looking to cross-train, return to training after a break, or add variety to your current movement routine in a welcoming, non-competitive environment.
