A playful and energetic workshop for performers, dancers, storytellers, actor, and movers. If you are interested in exploring improvisation as a methodology in your work, as a process to tap into creativity without the pressure of performance, then come along.
The workshop explores concepts and themes of imagining beyond through improvisational scores, deepening your creative impulse through prompts that aim to expand creative choice.
The workshops offer a supportive space to challenge yourself and explore improvisational approaches to creating material for performance by noticing what arises and paying attention to what is emergent in the moment.
The workshop will be led by Dr Mary Steadman and Xavier de Santos
