You can experience becoming your own element, suspending yourself within to generate or deepen movement. A unique, profound, and sensitive technique in which we challenge ourselves and break our limits.
Method used in the laboratory
In this 2-hour laboratory, we will cultivate dedication and trust in our body and mind through the development of physical techniques, hair preparation, and physical
conditioning.
