How Lazy Is He? Comedy with Gabby Best at The Lazy Dog
Tickets £6 via Wriggle or at the pub

A event on Thursday 21st November. The event starts at 20:00.

Every Thursday, the upstairs at this lovely little gastropub is transformed into a bona fide comedy club, and one of Bristol comedy's worst-kept secrets.

This week at your comedy local, it's Gabby Best!

Gabby Best won the Funny Women award as a character comedian, and this year she told of her insomnia and approach to life in a fantastic debut hour at the Edinburgh Fringe. As seen on BBC, Channel 4, Netflix, Sky Arts and Radio 4. ‘A wonderful performer’ (BroadwayBaby.com). ‘Hilarious’ (Huffington Post). ‘Inspired’ (Telegraph).

'Gabby paints vivid, hilarious images into our minds as we try to count the 10,432 punch lines she rattles through like a comedy machine gun.' Broadway Baby ★★★★

With a top section of lovingly curated local heaters, and it's all hosted by your trusty transplant, the Cranky Yankee, Tony Chiotti.

The show is followed by a cheeky little open mic, but if you have work you'll be out by 10pm.

It's a fantastic value, with national acts performing in a warm, neighbourhood venue for only six quid.

Advance tickets online or at the bar.
