Brunswick Club are pleased to return this month with the fifth in a series of Gatherings at the Lightship boat.
Jennifer Evans - a self-taught multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer. Born in the US and moving to Ireland at an early age, she moves effortlessly between experimental jazz forms, prog pop and alt punk-rock, with nods to her eclectic Puerto Rican, Taino and Irish roots. Now London-based, Jennifer remains visionary and avant-garde in her new music, with an experimental spirit that defies categorisation.
Brunswick Gatherings take place bi-monthly on the first Wednesday of the month throughout 2022 and aim provide inclusive space to support engagement in experimental, DIY, artist-led practice in the city.
The Lightship boat is a boating community-run space in the heart of Bristol with more than an air of the original Brunswick Club about it.
