PERFORMING FETISH ON-STAGE

Ever wondered what it actually takes to bring fetish into live performance?

This interactive session will explore Performing Fetish On-Stage through a mix of Q&A, conversation and practical activities. We’ll get physical with some guided improvisation and movement games before opening things up for discussion and questions about performing fetish, working with the body and translating ideas, desires and experiences into something that can exist on stage.

It’s relaxed, exploratory and participatory, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get involved. You don’t need to be a performer or have any previous experience. Come curious and ready to move a little.

Fetish performer, writer, and activist Dr.Pants is critically acclaimed worldwide for the "sheer bravery" (Watermark News) in his work. He is described by critics as being "immeasurably talented" (Broadway World), "sharp, quick, and uncompromising" (GSCENE), and "bold, brazen and stratospherically cheeky, concealing beneath the girth of energy a good heart and a probing mind." (Lost in Theatreland). His play Pup Play won seven international fringe awards and a further five nominations. Dr.Pants was runner-up for Activist of the Year at the National Queer Student Awards. He is the former Mister Superhero Fetish 2025.

This is a 20+ event with no dress code. Come as you are, dress up, dress down, or somewhere gloriously in between.
