@millimckee has spent the last couple months compiling, recording and producing an array of sound bites, nuggets and samples. Taken from experiments with her own music production, samples from rare records, and field recordings from @threepoolspermaculture farm, over 30 of these sounds bites have now been pressed onto one of a kind dub plates. She’ll be playing with three turntables and live looping the sound nuggets onto spontaneously selected records, culminating in a quasi-live DJ set. On top of this, sound designer and pianist @mayumusicuk will be improvising live piano over her sonic backdrop. The performance will be 10-11pm on Thursday. This is chance to simultaneously experience live music, improvisation and DJing. Before and after the performance, @moreycillar will be providing his reliably refreshing selection of obscure, groove-filled records to enjoy.
