Your Party Bristol - public meeting at The Malcolm X Community Centre

A event on Thursday 18th September. The event starts at 18:45.

Join Your Party Bristol this month and help build the new democratic socialist party in our city

In the past month, more than 800,000 people across the UK have joined the new political party launched by Jeremy Corbyn and Zarah Sultana. From Glasgow to Cornwall, local groups are already organising, and now it is Bristol’s turn.

Perhaps you are one of those 800,000. Perhaps you have been active in Bristol’s trade unions, anti-racist movements, or local community organising. Maybe you are simply angry at the state of politics and hopeful for something better. Whoever you are, this is Your Party. Join us and help shape a new kind of politics.

This is a pivotal political moment and a huge opportunity for the left in the UK. Over the coming months, Your Party will host large democratic assemblies and online participatory spaces so that every member has a chance to contribute to building this movement together.

Everyone is welcome. Whether you have been organising for decades or whether filling in the form was your first political act, you have a role to play. This is a grassroots initiative led by Your Party supporters here in Bristol.
