Our wonderful Programme Director and expert baker, Lily will help you master the art of baking sourdough alongside some experienced bakers working in some of your favorite Bristol bakeries. You will learn how to:
- Feed and maintain your levain (starter)
- Mix, ferment and bake a super seeded rye sourdough loaf
- Mix, ferment, shape and bake a white sourdough
Bring a pack lunch and we will provide cake and coffee!
