Lucy McCormick, TRIPLE THREAT at The Mount Without
Headfirst Editor's Pick

"Renegade all singing, all dancing side-mic’ed diva Lucy McCormick injects the New Testament with some much-needed queer 00s pop sensibility in the most blasphemous thing the Mount Without has (hopefully) ever seen. Unmissably depraved performance liberation of the highest/lowest order from the ever-excellent Impermanence. "

IMPERMANENCE Presents... Lucy McCormick's TRIPLE THREAT.

Lucy McCormick returns with her queer cult hit Triple Threat via a holy trinity of dance, power ballads and performance art.
Attempting to reconnect to her own moral conscience by re-enacting the New Testament, she takes on all the main roles, assisted by arbitrary angels Samir and Lennie. With trademark absurdism and enthusiasm, Lucy puts her best foot forward in the face of existential deadlock.

"Lucy will no doubt be looked back on as one of the defining performance artists of our generation... seamlessly gliding between the most surreal outer edges of the fringe and the biggest stages in the UK (National Theatre, RSC, Bristol Old Vic, Royal Court) - if you've never seen her solo work this is not to be missed."
