7pm - 8.15pm, £8 per class (£6 for 25 or under) or £60 for all 9 classes in the Spring/Summer schedule.
Come and dance in the beautiful hall at The Mount Without. Longer, lighter evenings and warmer weather will make this series of classes a joyful way to spend your Monday evening.
Warm up exercises, strengthening and stretching followed by phrases that move through the space.
