July: 6

A dance class for you! A gentle and uplifting movement session for parents & carers (with babies under one) to stretch, shake off tension, dance and find a little rest in a playful and supportive environment.

No experience needed - the class is designed to meet you where you are, with plenty of space to move at your own pace. Babies will be alongside us throughout, and feeding, changing and responding to your baby’s needs are all welcomed.

*After the session the space will remain open until 1pm, giving you time to chat with other parents and enjoy a cup of tea/bring your own lunch along.
