We are back at The Mount Without for another year! Join us for a wonderful programme of Japanese performance art, market stalls, food, drink, and a blend of traditional and modern cultural experiences. TWO ROOMS TO EXPLORE Visit the main hall for mouth-watering hot food by Daikan, stunning cakes and hot drinks by Sugarcane Studio, trader stalls, fun workshops and activities, and an array of live performances on the main stage. Go downstairs to the Crypt for more trader stalls, a Majhong workshop, a bar for cold drinks, and a chance to experience shiatsu massage and the art of kintsugi*. *book your kintsugi experience via https://www.clarakintsugi.com/book-online You do not require a ticket to the showcase to take part in the kintsugi workshop. STAGE PROGRAMME ~ Morning Session opens 10am~ 10.30: Taiko drum welcome! 11.00: Children's Anime Songs 11.30: Ninja performance 12.00: Okoto (traditional string instrument) 12.30: Live Shodo (calligraphy performance) 13.00: Raffle announcement 13.15 - 14.15: Break- Main hall closed for reset. Crypt open for shopping and workshops ~ Afternoon Session opens 14.15~ 14.30: Taiko drum welcome! 15.00: Kimono fashion show 15.30: J-Pop performance 16.00: Break dance performance 16.30: Shamisen (traditional string instrument) 17.00 Raffle announcement Event closes: 17.15 TICKETS Tickets for morning and afternoon sessions are sold separately. If you wish to attend both sessions, please secure tickets for both. Children aged 7 and younger go free. One official carer accompanying a paying disabled visitor is admitted free of charge.
