Many Minds is a Bristol based charity that provides theatre and performance workshops for people will ill mental health. They work with their members to create shows that nurture self-expression and connection, building confidence and self esteem, and aid social connection. Performance is such an incredible mode of therapy and Many Minds work to provide practical opportunity that’s inclusive and accessible.
Until March 31st they are running a series of workshops themed around Collective Dreaming. They’re exploring the future they’d like to see using their senses, imagination, and current relationships to identify and culture new ideas that will influence future projects and performances.
The show will be free of charge and we’ll be asking everyone for a donation to go towards the incredible work Many Minds, and if anyone would like to join as a member, volunteer with Many Minds, or otherwise just find out more, then you can find more at their website / [email protected]
