A
gig
held at The Old England Pub
on Saturday 18th May. The event starts at 20:00.
Our next gig is back at one of our faves, the Old E in Montpelier on Saturday 18th May.
So we said we had some special guests and they don’t get much more special than Doug and Ben who will each be playing a support slot at the gig. Both have a very important place in the history of our band and are very much family to us. Please make sure to join us from 8 to hear their tunes.
AND what’s more… we are going to release our ‘Transit of Mercury’ EP before the gig on all platforms and so the gig will also be a celebration of those tunes.

"This is a creative band at their free thinking best." - Fix magazine
"they play a beautiful set of folk-drenched indie. Stunning strings compliment the catchy tunes, such as Speakeasy. With sniffs of Johnny Flynn and Show of Hands and a George Ezra-esque growl to his vocals at the end, it makes for compelling watching." - Bristol 24/7
"loyal fans from the band’s long history on the local scene (and there were clearly plenty of them present) were delighted to see them delve into their extensive back catalogue, making full use of the extra time and space offered by a headline appearance to crack out a wider range of instruments. The room really came alive at this point, with a lot more of the energy and raucousness that The Lasting Days are known for – both on and off the stage” - tap the feed
