Essential Sessions - Murray Man

For this edition of Essential Sessions we've invited Birmingham's roots and culture veteran Murray Man. Active in the scene since the 80's he has featured on countless quality releases over the years.

Founder of Mellow Vibes studio and record label in 1998, he has released a large number of his own productions too, featuring artists such as Tenna Star, Robert Dalas, Sista Mary, Rafeelya and Vivian Jones to name a few.

Over the years, Murray Man has worked with labels and sound system communities across the international reggae scene, including Roots Spirit, Cultural Warriors and Mungo’s Hi Fi.

His music has earned him recognition among roots reggae and dub audiences across Europe.
