We have crafted and cultivated the ultimate day of restoration, healing modalities, empowerment tools and relaxation. We hope for you to leave feeling refreshed, more in tune with yourself and with a lasting sense of wellbeing.
Our retreat day offers a holistic approach to self-care, addressing mental, emotional, physical, expression and spiritual aspects. Our 5 pillars of Joy.

We will explore:
• Enhanced self-awareness and a deeper connection to your authentic self.
• Techniques for cultivating self-love in your daily life.
• A sense of empowerment and confidence to be more unapologetically you and in
tune with your needs and inner compass.
• A newfound sense of purpose and direction- Through the exploration of your
inner self Participate in empowering group discussions on building self-
confidence and explore thought work.
• Creative expression of your innermost thoughts and emotions.
• Lasting connections with a community of like-minded women.
• Physical Wellbeing- Through restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation and
guided relaxation practices.
• Emotional renewal- Through guided personal reflection and journaling we will
carve out moments to find direction, solace and renewal within a supportive
community.
• Stress relief- Women often bear the weight of societal expectations, career,
demands and family responsibilities. Our day retreat hopes to provide a
sanctuary for stress relief as we offer activities and practices designed to
ease tension and promote lasting relaxation.
• Self-discovery- We want you to gain insights into your values, aspirations,
and goals, laying the foundation for a journey of self-discovery that
extends beyond the retreat.
• Deep relaxation and a sense of liberating joy- Through our diverse blend of
wellbeing activities designed to regulate your nervous system and stimulate
your PNS system.

Day retreat activities will include:

Yoga . Journaling . Guided Pranayama . Sound healing . Aromatherapy . CBT and Coaching session . Self-soothing practices . Somatic movement . Acupressure Meditation . Creative expression . Healing lunch . Group discussions and activities.

Our healing lunch will consist of delicious Ayurvedic herbs and spices, all completely plant based and locally, ethically sourced. We will provide a menu detailing each herb, spice and ingredient alongside their health benefits. We will also provide healthy snacks and healing teas throughout the day.
