As part of The Old Picture House fifth birthday celebrations Dave Merrick (Native American Flute) and Clive Mills (Guitar) will be performing a live set of Native American Flute and Guitar music.
Dave received awards from the Native American Flute Awards Organization, USA, in 2020 and 2021 for his playing and compositions on this wonderfully atmospheric instrument. Clive is a long standing professional, Classical, Blues and rock guitarist In 2021, they developed the duo, “Inner Voice’, and have since played at festivals and venues in the South West of the UK and beyond.
Join them at 2-00pm on Sunday November 19th.
Dave will also offer thanks to the particular Native American people who have helped and encouraged him on his journey with this unique instrument whilst aligning himself with the Native American struggle for social justice.
