The film features Bill Robinson, Lena Horne, Cab Calloway and Fats Waller, and Ada Brown together with a host of African American entertainers at the peak of their powers. If you like song and dance 1940s style, this is the place to be.
This classic black and white movie will be introduced with spoken word by Dave Merrick and Natalie Davis of ‘Small Days’, with a brief set of jazz and blues from the period. There will be a bar and snacks.
