This month’s Supper Club, we’re joined by personal trainer Jane, who works with women to build strength and support their bodies through perimenopause and menopause.
Jane will be talking about why building muscle is so important during this stage of life, how strength training can support overall health and wellbeing, and simple ways to get started. She’ll also share practical exercises and tips you can do at home, whatever your fitness level.
We’ll also be doing around 10 minutes of gentle movement using no equipment, so please wear something comfortable and easy to move in — nothing too strenuous.
