Friendship Dating - A Springle Mingle at The Orchard Coffee and Co
See event details

A event on Thursday 26th March. The event starts at 19:00.

As spring begins to weave her landscape of new beginnings, come sow the seeds for some fresh and friendly connections!

Perhaps with spring popping her soft green head over the horizon, we too may feel ready to emerge into a new way of socialising? Whether you’re someone who can’t wait to get their hands in the soil, prefers sitting outside at a sun-dappled café, or is still waiting to de-thaw from the cold winter months – this is a space to meet other people who can keep you in good company this Spring.

*So, What's involved?*

Think speed dating with interpretative twists and friendly turns…

You’ll be invited to take part in light-hearted connection games, and a series of creative conversations. All with the intention of sparking some joyful and authentic interactions, where you can get to know other lovely humans also looking to make some fresh spring connections.

Invitations will mostly be 1:1, and sometimes in small groups…

*What can I expect?:*

- facilitated connection games, lighthearted prompts and a menu of creative conversation starters

- a bar serving both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks

- opportunity for a bit of free mingling (left to your own devices!)

- a social battery charging station (for those who need a little recharge during the event)

This evening aims to be a welcoming and inclusive space – all babes in all bodies are really welcome. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to make this truly so!

So, come as your unfurling spring self (or whatever creature you are that day) and be open to getting involved in some facilitated – and lightly seasonal – mingling…
