Join us for a relaxing and nourishing evening of yoga and homemade food at The Orchard Coffee & Co. on Monday 17th November.
Doors open at 6:45pm, with the yoga session starting promptly at 7:00pm. Led by Nicola, an experienced and welcoming instructor, the class is suitable for all levels—from complete beginners to those with an established practice.
After the session, enjoy a comforting bowl of fresh soup served with homemade sourdough bread, lovingly prepared to round off the evening in a calm and friendly atmosphere.
The event will finish around 8:45pm.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
