Charlotte Isadora is a menstruality mentor, yoga instructor and embodiment facilitator, with decolonising knowledge at the core of her practice. Her lived experience as a woman of colour and her academic background in decolonial theory grounds her work in an anti-oppression agenda, unpacking & unlearning the cultural conditioning of the colonial capitalist patriarchy.
An apprentice with The Red School, Charlotte is trained in Feminine Leadership and Menstruality which seeks to reclaim and recentre the menstrual cycle as a source of wisdom & power in processes of self inquiry & growth. With experience facilitating across Singapore & the UK, she shares an embodied practice for engaging the physiological, emotional, and psycho-spiritual dimensions of our cycles, cultivating deeper understanding of, and connection with, our bodies and our bleeds.
The medicine of menstruality is the heart & roots of her own journey toward self love & belonging, and she is passionate about holding actively inclusive space for empowering this embodied wisdom & expression in others.
