Wonders of the Womb - Inner Seasons Exploration at The Pickle Factory
See event details

A event on Thursday 26th March. The event starts at 18:30.

Join us for a gentle exploration of the wisdom held within the womb space. In this session, we will dive into the framework of the inner seasons, a powerful way of understanding the cyclical nature of our bodies, emotions, and energy.

Through guided visualisation, you’ll be invited to connect with your own inner seasons and notice what arises within you. Afterwards, there will be space to creatively express your experience through art, writing, or reflection, followed by an optional sharing circle.

Our intention is to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space where womb-bearers at any stage of their journey can gather, slow down, and feel a sense of connection, solidarity, and understanding.

Come along and begin (or continue) the journey of reconnecting with the inner power and wisdom of your womb.

With experience facilitating across Singapore & the UK, she shares an embodied practice for engaging the physiological, emotional, and psycho-spiritual dimensions of our cycles, cultivating deeper understanding of, and connection with, our bodies and our bleeds.
The medicine of menstruality is the heart & roots of her own journey toward self love & belonging, and she is passionate about holding actively inclusive space for empowering this embodied wisdom & expression in others.
