A ceramics class with guidence and advice from potter and artist Phil Root, as well as demonstrations on many techniques to help you imporve your ceramic skills!
Suitable for beginners and improvers, to those who would just like a space to come and create!
These classes are booked in 6 week blocks, the next block runs from November 29th
Dates are as follows:
29th Nov, 6th, 13th, 20th Dec - winter break- 10th, 17th Jan
Price is £160 per 6 week block (or £13 per hour) includes all materials, tools, glazes and firing.
Sessions run from 6:30 - 8:30pm

An introductory email with more information will be sent once you sign up.
You will learn a range of hand-building, decorating and finishing techniques focusing on a different method each week.
This course is suitable for those with a little to no experience of ceramics or those that have completed a beginners course and wish to carry on developing their skills.
Participants will be able to select up to four final pieces to be glazed and fired in our on-site kilns.
All materials and firing costs are included.
This course is 6 x 2hr classes
Tea and coffee provided (oat milk and herbal teas included).
Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting clay on (it’ll wash out) and bring an apron if possible. Also please feel free to bring a sketchbook or source material of ceramics or designs that could show an idea of what you’d like to work towards.
