A event on Sunday 19th April. The event starts at 18:00.
A fast-paced character comedy hour following Bobby Prezinsky: a hungry, delusional wannabe presenter desperate to host something - anything - of global importance.
Convinced the world is broken beyond repair, Bobby sets out to fix it by staging a non-specific Unity Concert for Peace, despite having absolutely no qualifications or experience.
As Bobby attempts to pull the concert together, he’s swarmed by opportunists eager to exploit his perceived momentum: a slick influencer marketing CEO, a former Royal Marine turned motivational speaker, a Belgian dating coach, and even Zendaya, preparing for a role as a London cabbie by learning The Knowledge.
Blending extended character monologues with quickfire sketches, the show skewers narcissism, internet culture, misinformation and the endless parade of confident nonsense we’re all subjected to daily - from tech evangelists to the bloke in the pub.
From the star of Brainsluts (★★★★ The Guardian & The Times) and an featuring in Channel 4’s upcoming A24-produced sitcom It Gets Worse. Expect something daft, satirical and uncomfortably familiar.
