Join me for a light-hearted, and inclusive vinyasa flow class. Weaving together traditional Asana with mindful movement mobility and breath work, this class offers a chance to pause and ground in our often hectic day to day. It will aid you finding a deeper sense of connection to your emotional and physical bodies, promoting greater flexibility, ease of movement and a calmer mind for the rest of your week.
This class is pay as you feel. The suggested donation is £10, but if that amount is not financially viable for you, please pay what you can and come along.
