Poor Old Dogs formed with a collective inclination for good, honest music.They reside in the nooks and crannies of Bristol and harbour a desire to sow their wild musical oats far and wide.The band's influences are wide and varied; the childhood friends share a love of traditional folk from the well-trodden paths situated this side of the Atlantic to the other. Their rhythm-led underpinning owes a lot to Skiffle by way of Punk whilst incorporating shades of the Caribbean along the way, be they Ska, Calypso or Dub.
