Been gagging to have Michael come play ever since seeing him at Upset The Rhythm Xmas party a couple of years back, now they're releasing his latest LP 'Choose Life' on June 8th.

The sound is equal parts Depeche Mode, Suicide and Fad Gadget, though you could well hear amen breaks, dancehall riddims and 303 acid lines too. He has a flat-out infectious energy and the tunes are catchier than the clap (and twice as nasty).

You might know him as part of hardcore bands The Lowest Form and Anxiety, though he fills most of his time as the bossman of Glasgow's Night School label, releasing pivotal recordings for the likes of: Julia Holter, The Space Lady, Molly Milsson, Ela Orleans, Happy Meals, Rose McDowall, Prostitutes, Divorce, Billy Bao, The Rebel, The Modern Institute and more...yeah!
