Beaded plant making at The Stag And Hounds
See event details

A event held at The Stag And Hounds on Sunday 1st February. The event starts at 15:00.

Join us for a relaxed, creative evening where you’ll design and make your own beaded faux plant using pots, wire, beads and moss.

This workshop is all about switching off, getting hands-on, and enjoying a fun, social craft night — whether you come with friends or on your own. You’ll be guided step by step, but there’s plenty of freedom to experiment and create something completely unique to you.

We’ve had lots of interest around plant-based crafts, and this workshop is a perfect way to enjoy the look of greenery without the upkeep. Your finished piece is ideal for desks, shelves, windowsills or gifting.

What to expect
• A friendly, welcoming craft session in a relaxed setting
• Step-by-step guidance throughout (no experience needed)
• Time to chat, unwind, and get creative at your own pace
• A finished faux plant to take home at the end of the night

This is a beginner-friendly workshop — there’s no pressure to be “good at crafts”. Everything is designed to be easy, enjoyable, and stress-free.

What’s included
• Plant pot
• Polystyrene base
• Fake moss
• Wire and a selection of beads
• Use of tools and equipment
• Paints to decorate your pot if you’d like

All materials are provided — just turn up and enjoy.
