EP 1: LIGHTER CASES

Welcome to ep 1 of material girls craft club, a new series of craft nights for people who are looking to make new friends and make sweet crafts in bristol.

for our first craft we’ll be making some cases for the most essential, most frequently lost, and most borrowed but never returned item in your bag, the lighter!

you’ll make your own leather lighter case from a selection of leather offcuts, eyelets, rivets, studs, stars and keyrings (basically all the hardware you could want)!

we’ll provide everything all the tools, materials and lighters, you just turn up.

p.s. all our leather is sourced from offcuts, so nothing wasted.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

* a handmade leather lighter case (lighter included!) to take home
* lots of leather offcuts in lots of colours and textures to choose from
* eyelets, studs, rivets, clasps and keyring hardware
* all tools provided, plus help whenever you need it
* a friendly, no-pressure evening
* lovely people to meet n hang with!

no crafting experience needed. just bring your imagination. n please don’t be afraid of being bad at anything, that’s kinda the point of crafting new things.

come alone or bring your friends, your flatmates, and deffo that one person who’s always asking to borrow a light.
